Family Sponsorship

Spouses, partners, children, parents — reunification files handled with the care they deserve.

Who this is for: For citizens and permanent residents bringing a spouse, partner, child or parent home.

Relationship evidence, told truthfully

Officers assess whether a relationship is genuine. We help you tell your real story with the photographs, messages, finances and history that prove it — organized so an officer can believe it quickly.

Inland or outland, chosen deliberately

Applying from inside or outside Canada affects work rights, travel and what happens if there is a refusal. We choose the route deliberately, with the consequences on the table.

Two applications, one file

Sponsorship is really the sponsor’s eligibility and the applicant’s admissibility together. Both halves are prepared to the same standard so neither drags the other down.

Income rules for parents

Parents and grandparents sponsorship carries a published income requirement across multiple tax years. We check your numbers against the real thresholds before you build hopes on an invitation.

Ready if an interview comes

Most files are decided on paper; some couples are called in. If yours is, you will walk in prepared — knowing what will be asked and why.

Published timelines, plainly

IRCC publishes processing times for sponsorship categories and updates them regularly. We quote those, track your file against them, and chase properly when a file stalls beyond them.

The journey

How this application actually runs

  1. Eligibility — both sides

Sponsor requirements and applicant admissibility, checked honestly before anything is promised.

  2. Evidence gathering

The relationship record, identity and status documents, and any income evidence — assembled and organized.

  3. Submission

Sponsorship and permanent-residence applications filed together, complete, with biometrics booked.

  4. Through to landing

Updates, additional-document requests and interview preparation if called — through to confirmation of PR.

Straight answers

Asked before, answered honestly

If your situation doesn't fit these answers, that's exactly what the free assessment is for.

How long does spousal sponsorship take?

IRCC publishes the current processing time for spousal files and updates it monthly — we quote that figure, not our own. What we control is submitting a complete, well-evidenced file, because incomplete applications are the delay you can actually avoid.

Should we apply inland or outland?

It depends on where you both live, whether the applicant needs to travel, work-permit needs and refusal consequences. There is no universally better route — there is a better route for your facts, and that is a consultation conversation.

We don’t have a marriage certificate. Can we still apply?

Possibly — Canada recognizes common-law partners after twelve continuous months of cohabitation, evidenced properly, and conjugal-partner categories exist for exceptional situations. The evidence standard is high; we will tell you honestly whether yours meets it.

When can I sponsor my parents?

The Parents and Grandparents Program opens in limited invitation-based rounds, and demand far exceeds spots — no one can promise you an invitation. The super visa is the reliable alternative most families should also consider; we help you weigh both honestly.
