Are you licensed?
Yes. Ramsey Immigration files are handled under a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). In Canada, only licensed consultants, lawyers and Québec notaries may legally represent you for a fee — and every licence is verifiable on the CICC public register. We encourage you to look ours up before you hire us, and anyone else's before you hire them.
Do you guarantee approvals?
No — and please walk away from anyone who does. Decisions belong to IRCC officers alone, and the College’s code of conduct prohibits guaranteeing outcomes. What we control is the quality of your file: the right pathway, complete evidence, honest declarations and deadlines met.
What do your services cost?
A written, flat fee agreed before any work begins — set out in the retainer agreement the College requires. Government fees are separate and always paid to IRCC directly, so you can see exactly where every dollar goes. The initial assessment is free.
How long will my application take?
IRCC publishes processing times for every application type and updates them regularly — those published figures are the only timelines we quote. Anyone promising you a faster private timeline is inventing it.
I’m not in Canada. Can you still help me?
Yes. Most of our clients start their applications from abroad. Everything — the assessment, documents, signatures and updates — works remotely, over email and WhatsApp, in the language you’re comfortable in.
Which languages do you speak?
