Ramsey Immigration is Sarvesh Kaushal and Bhawna — not a sales floor with a consultant somewhere behind it. The people who assess your case are the people who prepare it, answer your messages, and stand accountable for the advice you receive, file after file.
Every file is prepared under a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant — licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), bound by its code of professional conduct, and insured. The practice works from Mississauga and serves clients across Canada and abroad: most of the journey happens over WhatsApp and email, in English, Hindi or Punjabi, so where you are today never limits where you’re going.

If a pathway isn’t realistic, you hear it at the assessment — before you’ve paid for hope. An honest no costs us a client and earns us a reputation. We’ll take that trade every time.

Decisions belong to IRCC officers. The College’s code of conduct prohibits guaranteeing outcomes — and so does self-respect. Anyone promising you a visa is telling you what they think you’ll pay to hear.

Fees in writing, first
A written retainer agreement before any work begins: what’s included, what it costs, what happens if plans change. Government fees are paid to IRCC directly, so nothing hides in ours.
