The short version

This website is static: it has no accounts, sets no cookies of its own, and runs no advertising trackers. The only personal information we receive through it is what you choose to send us — through the free-assessment form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp.

Because we are an immigration practice, what you send us is often sensitive. We treat it that way.

What we collect and why

Assessment and enquiry details — your name, contact information, current country and status, and whatever you tell us about your situation — are used solely to assess your options and respond to you. We never sell or share personal information for marketing, and we never add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.

If you become a client, the information needed for your application is collected under a written retainer agreement and handled under the confidentiality obligations of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

Where it lives and how long we keep it

Form submissions are delivered to our business mailbox over encrypted connections. Client files are kept in access-controlled storage, and retained for the period the College’s rules require for a regulated practice; enquiry information from people who do not become clients is kept only as long as a business reason exists, then deleted.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are professionally required to keep). Write to us and we will act on it promptly.
